Yup, it’s Monday!
The time change has me all messed up right now, and I’m sure others are feeling this way too. I woke up this morning feeling wide awake and thought that surly I had overslept. I got up and started getting ready, but as I walked out of my room I caught a glimpse of my clock, it read 4:30am, and unfortunately, I hadn’t set it back on Sunday. So really it was three thirty in the morning and I was wide awake and partially ready to start my day. I’m glad that I saw the clock before waking the kids up - I guess that should have been my “ah ha” moment since I am usually the last one up. My husband should have been gone at the very least, but even he was still sleeping. You would think that I would have noticed this but apparently I wasn’t as awake as I had thought. What do you do just before 4 in the morning, partially ready, wide awake, and feeling really silly (besides of course hope that no one else wakes up). I did the only thing I could do – I got on the computer, read the news, played solitaire and 7 little words, and then worked on a term paper (that’s not due until the end of the month) until my husband got up.
What’s happening at Murdock this week?
